Lita Janssen

Realtor Lita Janssen understands customer service and how important it is to treat every client as if they are the only client. Prior to becoming a successful real estate professional, Lita worked in the retail apparel industry, construction services and in the oil business as software engineer . "The entrepreneurial spirit and the work ethic carries over into my real estate career," says Lita.

Lita is also experienced in meeting the particular needs of relocation buyers and sellers moving in and out of the Houston area. Lita has experience doing BPO/REO in the Houston area. Lita is graduate of the University of Houston, Lita lived in southwest Houston for many years now in Meyerland area. Lita was born in Peru and she finished her High School over there. She is very fluent in Spanish.

As a child Lita was exposed to construction sites. "During my college years I help as a supervisor to builders in my neighborhood. I always had an eye for project development and I really enjoy working with builders as well as clients who are building a home". Lita likes to do additions and remodeling time to time.

Lita assists sellers and buyers in Meyerland, Bellaire, Tanglewood, Memorial, River Oaks, West University, Southwest area (Sugar Land), other Suburbs, and communities throughout the greater Houston area.
She is an active volunteer in the community and her pursuits include
The Down syndrome association, The Texas children hospital , and the Houston Junior tennis league.

She also enjoys tennis, rowing, bicycling, jogging at the bayou , reading a good book, decorating, gardening, and cooking
